Health & Safety Audit

Our audits are legendary! We will spend time with you and your staff and service users, and seek to fully understand the culture and climate of the organisation. We will study your risks in detail, and also the systems you currently use to manage them. The report is lengthy and detailed, with clear recommendations, and covers all applicable risks.

The audit acts as a diagnostic phase, and gives a platform from which you can understand your organisation’s current performance in health and safety management in full. From here, we can help put together a programme of work, or alternatively, you can move forward independently, with regular audits measuring and describing your progress. We will certainly tell you if we see a non compliance with legal requirements, but more than that, we will try to tell you why this has happened, and what approach would work best.

Along with the detailed report, we often provide a brief summary report for the Board, and a risk map specific to health and safety but using your risk mapping tools, to help integrate health and safety management fully into your wider risk management systems.
