Information & Costs

We charge a simple daily rate of £600 per day for all work. This includes visits to your site and office based work. Our lowest charging unit is half a day, £300 for office based work, and £400 for on site work, to take account of the loss inherent in travelling time.

  • Therefore an audit for a small organisation might take two days on site and three days reporting - £3000
  • Fire risk assessments for two large buildings would take one day across the two sites and one day reporting - £1200
  • A risk assessment training day for 12 people am and pm - 24 in total - would cost £600
  • Developing policy systems for a small organisation would typically take one day on site, and two or three days to write up - £1800 - £2400

We charge travelling and accommodation expenses at cost, and have a policy on expenses available for review.

We are VAT registered and charge VAT on all invoices.

SafetyWise Ltd has been registered as a company since 1998, and our accounts are available on the public record.

We carry Professional Indemnity insurance of £500,000.

We also maintain Public and Employer's liability insurance.
